Welcome to the Borough of Stroudsburg, a local government municipality located in the Pocono Mountain region of north east Pennsylvania. The Borough of Stroudsburg offices are open Monday through Friday, 8 AM until 5 PM. We are located at the corner of Seventh and Sarah Streets, catty-corner from the Monroe County Courthouse. Most departments are on the second floor of the building.

At our office you may apply for various permits such as yard sale, parade, banner, building, zoning, etc. and obtain information for most other issues regarding the borough.

The borough manager’s office, the mayor’s office, fire department, zoning and codes offices are located here.

CHANGE OF COUNCIL MEETING DATES

EFFECTIVE JUNE, 2008 BOROUGH COUNCIL WILL BE MEETING THE FIRST WEDNESDAY AND THIRD THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH AT 7:15 PM. THE MEETING WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 700 SARAH STREET, STROUDSBURG, PA 18360, SECOND FLOOR.
